What better way to commemorate Jack's 5th birthday party than with a Lego Man cake made out of rice krispy treats?! Most of my family now thinks I'm insane for spending so much time on these cakes, so I wasn't entirely surprised by my parents' reaction to this new endeavor. My mom literally took a picture every second of the process, while my dad just shook his head and gave me strange looks. This took me quite a while, as I've never done anything like this before, but I was very pleased with the result. Jack loved it, and so did the guy from craigslist who I gave it to a few weeks later ;)
