My son, Jack was obsessed with Blue's Clues, so for his 2nd birthday, I decided to make him a Blue's Clues cake! Until then, I had only made the standard round or rectangle-shaped cake. This was quite a project for me at the time! I spent hours dying the icing all different colors, and spent forever piping all the small stars all over the cake. My inlaws were in town, and looked at me like I was insane...I could've bought a cake at a bakery for less time and money. When all was said and done, I swore I would NEVER make another cake like this ever again!
